Founded in 2016 by Dr. Michael Ong, our journey began with a clear goal: to revolutionise beauty and wellness through innovation and care. The Group launched its first One Doc outlet in Puchong. In the following year, we established Hair Doc in response to growing demand for beauty and wellness services.

By 2025, we had expanded across more than nine states in Malaysia with a total of 53 outlets, comprising 27 One Doc x Hair Doc Malaysia outlets, 19 Slim Doc Malaysia outlets and seven Perfect Doc outlets. In 2024, we expanded into Singapore and had a total of four outlets by 2025, comprising two One Doc x Hair Doc Singapore outlets and two Slim Doc Singapore outlets. From a small team of 20 employees, we have grown to over 600 employees, expanding our reach across Malaysia and Singapore.

Our commitment to excellence is driven by advanced Korean technology and a customer-centric approach, earning the trust of over 200,000 clients. With 57 outlets across Malaysia and Singapore under One Doc x Hair Doc, Slim Doc and Perfect Doc, we continue to provide beauty and wellness services supported by innovation, care and customer trust. Our success has been recognised through multiple awards, including the Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards and Malaysia Health & Wellness Brand Awards.

In addition to receiving multiple private sector awards, we were also recognised by Malaysia’s Ministry of Human Resources (“MOHR”) as an accredited centre for Hair & Scalp Therapy and Beauty Therapy Training in 2023. We remain committed to innovation, transformative results and customer trust.
