Founded in 2016 by Dr. Michael Ong, our journey began with a clear goal: to revolutionize beauty and wellness through innovation and care. Our company launched its first outlet, One Doc, in Puchong. In the following year, we established Hair Doc due to the demand in beauty and wellness. By 2025 we had expanded to over 9 states across Malaysia with a total of 53 outlets, One Doc x Hair Doc MY: 27, Slim Doc MY: 19, and Perfect Doc: 7. While in 2024 we expanded to Singapore with a total of 4 outlets by 2025, One Doc x Hair Doc SG: 2, and Slim Doc SG: 19. From a small team of 20 employees, we have quickly grown to over 600 employees, expanding our reach across Malaysia and Singapore.

Our commitment to excellence is driven by Korean cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach, earning the trust of over 200,000 clients. With over 50 outlets of One Doc x Hair Doc, Slim Doc, and Perfect Doc Malaysia and Singapore, we continue to lead the industry in providing exceptional beauty and wellness services. Our success has been recognized through multiple prestigious awards, a few being Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards and Malaysia Health Wellness Brand Award.

On top of receiving multiple private sector awards, we were also recognised by Malaysia’s Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) as an accredited centre for Hair & Scalp Therapy and Beauty Therapy Training in 2023. We remain committed to innovation, transformative results, and customer trust.
